One of our most popular white wines, this Chablis-style Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel drums as opposed to oak barrels, giving it a crisp, bright acidity. Not your traditional Chardonnay, this delicious white wine is perfect for all seasons.
Winemaker's Tasting Notes:
This wine has a light straw color from its reduced state in tank compared to the wine done in barrel. Intense in aeromatics with essense of grapefruit, fresh picked strawberries, and wet river stones, this balanced wine also shows hints of honeydew melon and white peach. This Chardonnay drinks well now but will cellar for 10-15 years.
