The North Fork enjoyed a long and dry summer which allowed the grapes to ripen and mature at a steady and uninterrupted pace, resulting in wines of balance and intensity. All clones and vineyards were vinted separately, and held in barrels for 15 months prior to blending trials. A total of 22 months in Hungarian and French Oak barrels, 35% new, before bottling. Powerful yet age-worthy, this blend shows feisty while young, and will continue to develop in the cellar over the next 20 years.
