One of our most popular white wines, this Chablis-style Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel drums as opposed to oak barrels, giving it a crisp, bright acidity, similar to what you would expect from a Sauvignon Blanc. Not your traditional Chardonnay, this delicious white wine is perfect for all seasons.
Winemaker's Tasting Notes:
Light in color but intense in aromatics and flavor, this wine has bright acidity and a creamy texture. Notes of fresh picked strawberries, essence of grapefruit, and wet river stones along with hints of honeydew melon and white peach are apparent throughout. Fresh and vibrant now, this wine will continue to age well for the next 10-15 years.
