Do you ship wines to wine club members?

Our wine club is meant to bring wine enthusiasts together so our club is pick-up only.

When am I billed for my membership?

Billing is processed on the 1st of each month.

When are my wines available for pickup?

You will receive an email when your credit card is billed on the first of the month. Once you receive that email, you can come pick up your wine!

When can I take advantage of my member perks?

Member perks are available during tasting bar hours.

Do you offer quarterly pickups?

Our wine club is billed monthly. However if you would like to come every 3 months to pick up 3 months of wine, you are welcome to do so. Please note that wines are based on availability and you may not receive your original bottle, but we will be happy to provide a different option.  

Can I gift a membership?

We currently do not offer the ability to gift a membership. Keep an eye out for this feature in the future.

How do I manage my membership?

When joining the club, you will be asked to create an account where you can view & manage your subscription. 

How do I change my account password?

Reset your password.

How do I change my account email?

Log into your account and click on edit account to change your account email.

Can I sample the wine at pickup?

Of course, one of our tasting bar associates will be happy to give you a taste of the month's wine.

Can I substitute wines?

Our wines are specially chosen each month and we highly encourage members to try the wine we offer each month. That's part of the fun of being part of a wine club! However if you do not like a wine we do offer the ability to substitute upon pickup.

Can I skip a month?

You may skip a month. Log into your account, view your upcoming orders and select skip.

What happens if I miss my pickup for the month?

You are encouraged but not required to pick up your wine each month. If you miss your monthly pickup we are happy to give you your bottle the next time you visit us.  Please note that wines are based on availability and you may not receive your original bottle, but we will be happy to provide a different option.  

How do I change my credit card information?

To change your credit card information:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on Manage Subscriptions
  3. Click on See more details > 
  4. Under Payment Details click in Edit
  5. Click on Send Email to receive an email with a secure link
  6. Click on Confirm Payment Information
  7. You will be sent to a page where you can update your credit card information and billing address

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on Manage Subscriptions
  3. Click on See more details > 
  4. Click on Cancel Subscription
  5. Confirm cancellation by clicking Cancel Subscription

We cannot cancel accounts over the phone or via email.

I was part of an older wine club, does my account transfer?

Since we have created an entirely new wine club, with different offerings, we were unable transfer accounts. If you were part of an older wine club and you want to join the new wine club, you will have to sign up for a new wine club and re-enter your information.
